Here we go with our new challenge, YAY!!

It's the Craft Barn Calendar Challenge! {click on the link to take you to the Challenge, it's all up on the blog, Yippee!!!)
Welcome here,  from me to you! I hope you're going to play along with us? Hopefully at the end of 12 weeks we will have a great calendar to show for all our hard work,There are prizes to be won and at the end the overall winner will get £30 to spend at the Craft Barn. All the details are on the Blog!
I'm going to make 2 calendars, one will be portrait and the other landscape. This the portrait version it's simply stamped, I used Paper Artsy stamps and Kaleidacolor ink pad.
 This is the January page of my landscape version, again Paper Artsy stamps this time I also used the Paper Artsy Fresco Chalk paints. I paper pieced the little birds at the bottom of the stamped image because I wanted them to stand out against the grass, I know it's January but I'm willing Spring to get here quickly LOL

There are some very inventive calendars starting on the blog, worth a peek, I think:0)
Edited;
Hi there folks, it's a challenging day here for your ol' mustavcoffee, I scheduled this post 'cos I'm still sort of trying to get back up to opererating mode physically and blow me down our computer has died again, we have either a real deadly virus on the boot up disk or we have massive hard drive failure. Oh dear:{ I'm on my son' s laptop and it's a bit challenging!!! BUT Thank you all for your comments and if you are going to join us I'm so pleased, it's going to be fun. I'm going to check back as often as I can and I'll do my best to visit you later, TTFN Gay x

 I used, first page
Paper Artsy Hot Picks 1005EZ and Kaleidacolor Creole Spice.

Second page,
Paper Artsy Minis SM26 stamp
Fresco paints, Guacamole and Haystack.I also used the Metallic paint (but it only shows behind the calendar)
All supplies in these projects came from The Craft Barn

  6. Lovely pages - might just try to take part in this if I finish my 'sort out' soon enough. They're lovely - not too fussy, as calendars should be :-)
