METALLIC
We'd like to see CLEAN & SIMPLE cards with something that has a METALLIC finish to it... ink, embossing, card, charms, actual metal... come on people let's get creative!
I've used my new die from Memory box, I love it:0) Behind the card you can put a battery candle it looks lovely at night! I cut the die from copper mirri card then cut it out again from the card base and with fine acetate from a small bag mounted it into the die cut shape. Glued it with Art Glitter dries clear, peel offs to finish, job done!
I hope you like and if you don't already know all about the challenge at LIM pop over and have a look there is some brilliant inspiration and a lot of lovely people there:0)

Hi Gay, I love your acetate card, so clever! But my favourite is the black card - very classy and minamalist. When I first made black christmas cards a few years back my friends were saying eh??? But I think they are perfect! :)
ReplyDeleteHi gay thanks for your lovely comments. I think the wood was the problem not the crackle as it is quite porous the wood I mean not the crackle lol , but I quite like the effect anyway. Thanks for the tip .
