I've used Paper Artsy , Architecture plate 2 stamp and sentiments from Whimsy Stamps Time FliesA Cherry Pie stamp for the roundel, which is stamped onto red velumn and then crackled with Tim Holtz Rock Candy and some bling added. It curled horrendously but I managed to tame it by coating the underside with Diamond Glaze, that made it firm, then I stuck it on to the card with Art Glitter dries clear glue, that worked and I could then apply the rock candy.
By using the holographic red behind I hope it's given the roundel some depth.
