This week over at the Craft Barn we have been using vellum, lovely stuff!! here is my effort. The Design Team have had fun this week and made some lovely samples for us all to ooh and ahh over :0)
I made some candle votives, a sheet of vellum embossed and trimmed to size wrapped around my spritzer bottle, a glue dot and a battery candle :0)
For the votives I used

These are gorgeous Gay! How elegant they would look as the centrepiece on your dinner table. Might have to try this for the quiet New Year's Eve dinner we always have with our oldest friends.

As always you have come up with something so beautiful and original. Gay. If someone had said vellum to me I'd have been stuck after either making a flower or stamping a sentiment on it, the limit of my repertoire!!!
I love the candle votive, may have to give that one a try and the TH swirl for a flower stalk is inspired.

I agree with you that vellum is beautiful i love its translucency and the it is lovely to feel in your fingers. it is so versatile and you have shown wonderful ways to use it.
