I'm back again :D This time to share another project for the Craft Barn.
I paper pieced the dress using copy paper that I had inked through with the poppies mask.
Then I made a couple of pages for my journal. The pages were sprayed with a mister filled with distress ink and a little mica. Splattered with the odd drop of pink ink.
My trees were hand drawn stamped, coloured and cut out and the tree trunks added, I drew them with the Copic multiliner
The words are the lyrics from Johnny Cash's 'I walk the line' and all about how he keeps his excesses in check for the woman he loves, it makes me smile :D Such control and dedication, ahhhh!
I used:
Dylusion's stamps Couture Creations
Stencil by Imagination Crafts: Poppies
and Dragonflies
Thank you for dropping by, have a great hump day everyone, hugs Gay x
The dress on your card is stunning! I'm quite taken by the second journal page too, although that has quite a lot to do with the fact that White Collar is one of my fave shows ;-)
