Last night I was having trouble sleeping so I stayed up late and made a couple of cards for OLW
OLW141 RULES
1. Create a one-layer card. That is defined as a single layer of card stock folded in half. No other layers
allowed!
allowed!
2. Create a card with a repeated background pattern using one stamp. Add a link to your card if you can.
Remember to keep embellishments to a minimum and NO ADDITIONAL LAYERS of cardstock.
More information on Karen's blog HERERemember to keep embellishments to a minimum and NO ADDITIONAL LAYERS of cardstock.
All old stamps I'm afraid, StampinUp Babies and Penny Black sentiment. So simple I feel like I cheated a little. I stamped and then masked the sentiment, leaving the mask in place I sponged ink around the edges to define the sentiment. Finally stamped the baby willy nilly all over the card and glittered each and every spot, voila!! Now I have two baby cards ready for any unexpected arrivals :D !!!!
Thanks for stopping here , enjoy what's left of the Bank Holiday, Hugs Gay x

Hi Gay, love these cards - perfect! And you're well prepared - just gotta hope no-one as triplets :)
ReplyDeleteAnd guess what, the hair chop turned out just as I wanted it! Miracles will never cease - paper sack tucked away again.
Hugs, Di xx
Ooops, dropped an H there - 'has triplets' :) xx
ReplyDeleteIt's raining babies! How fantastic would that be!! These cards are adorable, Gay! And now all I can think is how fab it would be to just pop outside and pluck a baby out of the sky whenever I need a "grandma fix!" Sigh.
