Funny?

OOh I really hope so, this is my attempt at humour for LIM!

Welcome here everybody, just a quick post for Less is More today. My car goes missing on many occasions, it has a mind of it's own.............what? :D xx
I used
A new mask ' Faces' is the name I think from Splodge-A-Mask from SplodgeAway.com
Computer generated attempt at humour :)
This is my second post for today, please scroll down for my Craft Barn post

Fashion week at the Craft Barn!

Hello folks........
I'm back again :D This time to share another project for the Craft Barn.

I paper pieced the dress using copy paper that I had inked through with the poppies mask.
Then I made a couple of pages for my journal. The pages were sprayed with a mister filled with distress ink and a little mica. Splattered with the odd drop of pink ink.
My trees were hand drawn stamped, coloured and cut out and the tree trunks added, I drew them with the Copic multiliner
The words are the lyrics from Johnny Cash's 'I walk the line' and all about how he keeps his excesses in check for the woman he loves, it makes me smile :D Such control and dedication, ahhhh!
I used:
Dylusion's stamps Couture Creations
Stencil by Imagination Crafts: Poppies and Dragonflies
Thank you for dropping by, have a great hump day everyone, hugs Gay x

Raining Babies!

Hi folks, It's been a fab day here in the south of England wall to wall sunshine, I hope you've been enjoying a lovely day too.
Last night I was having trouble sleeping so I stayed up late and made a couple of cards for OLW

OLW141 RULES

1. Create a one-layer card.  That is defined as a single layer of card stock folded in half. No other layers
    allowed!

2. Create a card with a repeated background pattern using one stamp.  Add a link to your card if you can.
Remember to keep embellishments  to a minimum and NO ADDITIONAL LAYERS of cardstock.
More information on Karen's blog HERE

All old stamps I'm afraid, StampinUp Babies and Penny Black sentiment. So simple I feel like I cheated a little. I stamped and then masked the sentiment, leaving the mask in place I sponged ink around the edges to define the sentiment. Finally stamped the baby willy nilly all over the card and glittered each and every spot, voila!! Now I have two baby cards ready for any unexpected arrivals :D !!!!
Thanks for stopping here , enjoy what's left of the Bank Holiday, Hugs Gay x
