One more for Less is more :0)

Hello again!  I'm back :0)
I've been playing today and after searching for a long time in my stamp boxes I turned up this little gem. It's  a Cherry Pie stamp:0) My second submission for LIM42 Silhouettes.

I didn't know which background looked best so I've left both:0) Which d'you prefer? Burgundy or white? Or maybe it's not your cup of tea at all LOL I thought it would make a card for a chap who'd had promotion or some success ??

Update on the flood damage, on Friday the decorators come, what a treat we've only ever done it ourselves before! The room is finally getting dry and it's nearly 3weeks since it flooded. Let's hope when they take the rest of the paper off the walls they don't make it too wet or we'll be back to square one! Wish us luck :0) XXX

That is one fab scraggy cat and I love the wall - how did you do that - is it a stamp? Like the white background, burgundy makes him look a bit more sinister! xx

That's a cracking stamp, Gay - is it all one stamp? Love it and what you say about sending it to a bloke on promotion would work well, as would sending it to any teenage boy! Love it.

Didn't realise you'd had a flood - poor you! Hope everything goes well with the redecorating and you end up being grateful (in one way) for silver linings. Cath x

MAC, your card is awesome and I love what you did with the left-hand corner and the card front really does 'rock'. About your walls. If there is any wet after this time you need to really treat it. Otherwise Stachybotrys and Aspergillus can grow. I kid you not. I worked in mold for 5 years without knowing it and had a multitude of health problems. I don't want to worry you, but it can make you very sick. And when it dries, it spreads spores to grow again. Hope I am not overstepping myself. Glad they are repairing for you. There is a solution for treating mold or wet spots.

I love this, Gay. That cat has a lot of personality. :) I love your background and your stone wall, and it looks like the front of the card is short so you see the sentiment stamped on the inside? Love that! :) Ann

What a supeer card Gay, just adore that cute cat.Oh my!!! glad you are sorting the flooding out. My mother was flooded several times and it was terrible...once in the middle of the night ( she was in her 80's).She had to seek refuge in the upstairs flat, the water rose to above light switch level!.The bad point about living next to the sea I suppose.Viv xx
