Cut it out.............. snigger, no.......... I don't mean stop! LOL

Hello there and welcome, Today I'm playing silly wotsits, sorry :{ I'll behave now.
Chrissie and Mandi at LIM have set a new challenge for this week and it's to
Cut It Out
For this we would like to see some kind of hole or aperture in your card!

Sooo I made a card or two

I got a new die and wanted to play it's a Sizzix Bigz and it's pretty big but I love the ornate shape, here I just popped a flower over the sentiment to see what it would look like, I think I prefer the words!
This die looks a little like a clock. That may be another option methinks LOL

Here you can see the embossing that's a Tim Holtz Texture Fade.
I've kept the cards as clean and simple as possible and there's no stamping or inking other than the sentiments. Too clean? Could be!
And here it is in green, perhaps a card for a man, a birthday, maybe? On top of the green card I rubbed a gold wax, that helps to show the embossing, this folder is a Couture Creations. I got mine from the Craft Barn
I hope you have had a good weekend and thanks for stopping by,  Gay x

Wow Gay that's an amazing frame, love both cards! The green and black is so unusual and the embossing folder makes it look like ferns, I think it's my favourite:) Would make a great mirror as well.

Hi Gay.
Just been having a lovely catch up. Your H20 flowers are gorgeous and I love this new die, it looks fantastic doesn't it, especially the embossed green one.
Sorry to hear you've been suffering, hope things are improving now although not having to do housework sounds like good compensation!!
