OLW 50 deserving another effort, methinks!

Simplicity has had 50 challenges so far and I wanted to have a second go at Susan's challenge, which is to dust off an old stamp and show it some ink and some lurve.................and make a Thank You card.

I loved colouring this with my Copics, had a small problem with the background, getting it to fade is not as easy as it looks. What doesn't help is the fact that I can't leave it alone just when it looks finished I go and fiddle, I'm sure you know what I mean :0)

I did use some glitter on her outfit it's very subtle , black diamond Stickles, you can just see it in this pic, if you screw your eyes up and pretend okay?

Well I have the builders arriving back in the morning, I think I must go and clear the decks. I'll be up early and making tea like it's going out of fashion, again, LOL.
I hope you have a great week:0)

Stamp, Hampton Art, Tea Time
Sentiment, Penny Black, Kindness

Gorgeous card and I love how the lady is sitting in the oval. Your colouring is amazing, do you have to use a blender pen to get the colour to fade out??

Oh very good Mustava! This is a perfect card - the image spilling out of the oval, the fade-out of the background, the subtle glitter on the dress - gorgeous!

You know, I think the way people get that faded shading look is by using the air gun with the Copics. I've tried it just by coloring and just can't achieve that "light" look. I LOVE, love, love that stamp!! Can I have it?!?! LOL!!! Beautiful card!
