Good to be back!!

Hi everyone, It's lovely to be back with you all, we had a great holiday and now I'm facing mountains of washing, ironing but I don't mind I've had a brill time!! This was the view from our balcony, ahhhhh Looks a bit odd but it's 2 pics together, only the horizon matches LOL

I suffered again from the dreaded mosquito bites, I think I've got a bull's eye over my head ( Here she is guys................ come on, free lunch) and they all zoom in to get me, pictures a bit fuzzy but by the time I took this I was fuzzy from all the antihistamine I'd been taking.

Here is my offering for LIM 59 Masking is the theme. I've really missed making cards and thoroughly enjoyed creating this one, should have been doing the other stuff I mentioned but just wanted to have a play, you know what it's like I'm sure.
I used the  shape left from die cutting with the Bigz picture frame and leaving it in place inking then using another mask over that inked again, quite a soft result. The flower is TH Mini Tatttered Florals in Clearly for Art, white, heated and shaped then coloured with shimmer sprays and copics.

I have received over a hundred comments whilst I've been away, Thank you all so much, and it will take a little time to get around to everyone, so bear with me and I'll be by a bit later.
Big hugs to all my favourite crafty people, Gay x

Looks like your vacation spot was heavenly!! Sorry about the mosquito bites. Little hint...Hang a bag of water over an outside light and it will help keep the mosquitoes away. I know it sounds crazy but we have a bag hanging on our back deck, and we're never bothered by flying bugs of any kind.

Love your card this week...great color combination!

This is great masking Gay and lovely colours.
I was trying to work out what part of your anatomy has been affected by the wretched mossies! They kinda like me too!
I'm glad you had a great hol despite the bites.
Thanks so much

Very creative Gay and I love the colour combo! Lovely to see you back having what looks like a fabulous holiday, apart from the mozzies!! A course of Brewers yeast tablets before you go can be effective, mozzies don't like the smell from your body that these tabs cause. Only smelt by the mozzies by the way:))
