It's a dream.......

Dreamweaver stencils and pastes that is, all over the Craft Barn blog this week have been stencils and dimensional pastes!
Hello there everyone, lovely to see you and thanks for dropping by. My offering this week is just a few cards and I really  hope you like them
Here I've been using the stencil as a mask and inked through with distress inks

This next card I used translucent paste and FX mica powders, if you sprinkle the powders on before the paste goes dry it will adhere nicely. On the areas I missed I painted the powder on with a little water.

This card was a big boo boo, I messed it up and the paste went under the stencil but I painted it all over to disguise my mistakes and then rubbed over with a  metallic gel paste. I think it looks a little like brass and I'm quite pleased with how it ended up :0)
And finally with this card I used white paste and painted over the flowers with Fresco chalk paint. The leaves I painted with FX micas and fixed with cheap hairspray.
I used
Dreamweaver Stencil Wisteria
Pastes, White and Translucent
FX mica powder , I used Kiwi. and Purple Satin
Fresco Chalk paint,Orchid, Moonlight and Little Black dress,
Tim Holtz Papillons Stamps
Metallic rub on paste Traditional

The special offer at the Craft Barn this week is
Just type
DREAMWEAVERCAROL
In the offer code box as you go through checkout

If you've lasted this long you deserve a pat on the back, Thank you and enjoy your weekend folks, Gay xxx

Crumbs, these are just beautiful Gay! Such stunning results - I've seen Dreamweaver stencils on TV but never been brave enough to venture. Oh dear, sigh, don't tell me I'm gonna be tempted to spend more money :) Di xx

Gay - these are truly gorgeous. I love Dreamweaver stencils and paste, but it's not a technique that I've got on with :(

Your cards are stunning and my favourite is the faux bronze one with the butterfly! I must have another go at this technique.
